- How much does it cost?
- Students are permitted to attend CCA free of charge, All their books and supplies will be provided. They should bring a sack lunch.
- What is required of the student?
- Students are required to arrive on time every day, and dressed appropriately for learning. The school day opens with prayer, then students proceed to the classes scheduled for that day. Some days the students take field trips to such places as the NAS Joint Readiness Base in Ft. Worth, a Dallas Mavericks game or museums. Art, physical education and career development are also part of the curriculum. Once a year the students have the opportunity to attend a retreat to the country, a welcome change from urban life and for some the first time they’ve been out of the city.
- What is the process for admission?
- Students must apply for entrance by completing the necessary registration forms. Each student will be interviewed, along with their primary caregiver. Only a limited number of spaces are available each year. Your student stands the best chance of acceptance if you apply early and agree to the terms set forth in the admission acceptance agreement.
- How will my child get to school?
- We do not provide transportation to the school. Your student will have to find their own transportation.
- What are the school hours?
- School meets from 9am - 2pm Monday through Friday.There are some after school and weekend activities.
- What happens if my child misses too much school?
- Students cannot succeed in school if they are not there to learn. Students that do not show up, or arririve tardy will be warned, then expelled if the behavior continues.
